Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking. Drain excess grease, then season with kosher salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

Divide shredded lettuce, diced onions, cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, cooked beef, and sauce evenly among the 6 tortillas. Tightly roll each tortilla around the fillings and serve immediately.
