05 - 10 deli slices colby jack cheese
06 - 1/2 head shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
07 - 1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
08 - 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
09 - 2-3 tablespoons oil

→ Blackened Seasoning

10 - 2 tablespoons smoked paprika or regular
11 - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
13 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
14 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
15 - 1 teaspoon salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
17 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Butter Topping

18 - 5 tablespoons butter, softened
19 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
20 - 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
21 - 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated or shredded

# Steps:

01 - Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally, pound to 1/4 inch thickness, and cut into slider-sized pieces. Place in a zip-top bag or bowl. Add several tablespoons of blackened seasoning and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Mix to coat evenly and marinate while preparing other ingredients. Combine butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Heat for 20 seconds until partially melted. Set aside.
02 - In an oiled skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until charred on one side. Flip, reduce heat to low, add 1 tablespoon of garlic butter, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
03 - Place slider buns cut-side up on a baking sheet and toast under a broiler until golden brown. Spread garlic butter on the domed top buns and sprinkle parmesan over them. Add cheese to the bottom buns and broil for 1-2 minutes until softened. Layer chicken and bacon on the bottom buns, add cheese to the tops, and broil again for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Drizzle ranch dressing, add tomato slices, red onions, and lettuce. Drizzle additional ranch over the lettuce, place top buns on, slice, and serve. Secure with sandwich toothpicks, if desired.
