BLT Macaroni Salad Bowl (Print Format)

Crisp bacon, cherry tomatoes, and elbow macaroni mixed with a creamy dressing in a summer-perfect bowl.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 oz elbow macaroni

→ Bacon

02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

→ Dressing

05 - 1 cup mayonnaise
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking.
02 - While pasta cooks, fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain, then crumble into pieces.
03 - In a large bowl, mix cooled macaroni, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
04 - Stir in mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss until ingredients are evenly coated.
