01 - 6 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
02 - 6 oz brie cheese, cut into small chunks
03 - 12 slices deli ham, prosciutto, or bacon
04 - 1/3 cup blueberry preserves
05 - Optional: a pinch of black pepper or flaky salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
03 - Place a chunk of brie inside each jalapeño half.
04 - Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of ham, prosciutto, or bacon.
05 - Bake or air fry for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wrapping is crisp or lightly browned.
06 - Warm the blueberry preserves and drizzle or spoon over the poppers.
