# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups flour
02 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon sugar
05 - 2 eggs, beaten
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
08 - 1 cup frozen blueberries
09 - 1 tablespoon flour
10 - 8 ounces bulk sausage

# Steps:

01 - In a medium-sized skillet, cook sausage until browned and cooked through.
02 - Add blueberries to a small bowl and coat with 1 tablespoon of flour. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, and melted butter.
04 - Add the flour, salt, baking powder to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
05 - Pour batter into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Top with the cooked sausage and prepared blueberries.
06 - Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (176°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
