# Ingredients:

01 - 1 10-ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough

→ Filling

02 - 12 ounces ground breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
03 - 4 eggs
04 - 2 tablespoons milk
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Topping

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the pizza dough onto the parchment paper and press into a rectangle.
03 - Sprinkle the cooked breakfast sausage down the center (the middle 1/3) of the rectangle.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper, and red bell pepper.
05 - Pour the egg mixture into a hot skillet, scrambling until cooked.
06 - Sprinkle the scrambled eggs over the sausage, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - Use a pizza cutter to cut each side of the dough into 12-15 strips.
08 - Fold the strips of dough over the filling, alternating sides.
