Breakfast Sandwiches Freezer (Print Format)

Enjoy make-ahead sandwiches with bubbly eggs, sausages, and gooey cheese on buttery toasted muffins.

# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Patty Components

01 - 1 tsp Italian blend herbs
02 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
03 - 1 lb mild breakfast sausage, ground
04 - ½ tsp crushed chili flakes
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - 1 tbsp light brown sugar
07 - 1 tsp onion powder

→ Egg Mixture

08 - 1 tsp white ground pepper
09 - Quarter cup of milk (optional, gives fluffiness)
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - 12 large eggs

→ Sandwich Components

12 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
13 - 6 slices of your favorite cheese
14 - 6 English muffins
15 - Maple syrup (if desired)

# Steps:

01 - Whisk the eggs together with milk and seasonings. Line a 33x23-cm (13x9-inch) baking pan with parchment and grease it. Pour the mixture in and bake for 20 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
02 - Mix sausage, beef, and seasonings thoroughly. Shape into 140–170-gram (5–6-ounce) patties, leaving them bigger than the muffins since they shrink when cooked. Fry in a hot, oiled skillet for 5–6 minutes per side.
03 - Spread melted butter on the muffins and toast them. Add maple syrup if you're using any.
04 - Put together your sandwiches with the toasted muffins, cheese, butter, and sausage patties.
05 - Wrap the finished sandwiches in parchment or plastic wrap, then seal in a ziplock bag if freezing.
