Broccoli Bacon Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
02 - 1½ tablespoons sugar, granulated
03 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 cup mayo

→ Salad

05 - ⅓ cup almond slices
06 - 1⅓ pounds of broccoli, finely chopped into small pieces
07 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
08 - ½ cup cranberries, sweetened and dried
09 - ⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a small dish, mix mayo, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss together broccoli pieces, crispy bacon chunks, diced red onion, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad, then mix until everything is coated well. Cover it up and let it chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before eating. Give it another mix right before serving.
