Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Seasoning

01 - 1 lb chicken breast
02 - 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo sauce

→ Potato Toppings

08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 2 tbsp bottled ranch dressing
10 - 4 large potatoes
11 - Butter as needed
12 - Shredded cheddar cheese as needed
13 - Sour cream as needed
14 - 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
15 - 2 green onions, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Add chicken, dry ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and buffalo sauce to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
02 - Scrub and wash four large potatoes. Poke holes in them and cover them in olive oil and salt. Cook in an air fryer for 40-60 minutes. Alternatively, bake in the oven or microwave them.
03 - Shred the cooked chicken. Add ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella cheese, and additional buffalo sauce, if desired.
04 - Cut open the cooked potatoes. Add butter, Buffalo chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and chopped green onions.
05 - Serve the prepared Buffalo chicken baked potatoes and enjoy!
