Juicy, browned steak chunks tossed in rich garlic butter, all set to eat in barely fifteen minutes. Makes for a fuss-free, craveable meal that’s ready to impress.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1½ pounds sirloin steak (or strip loin, tenderloin, rib eye, strip steak), cut into small chunks
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, or adjust to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon salt, or season as you like

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

05 - 4 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
08 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Steps:

01 - In a hot large skillet, add olive oil and wait until shimmering. Toss in steak chunks, seasoning with salt and black pepper generously.
02 - Let steak rest in the pan untouched for 2 minutes so it sears properly. Flip and go for another 2 minutes till you see a golden crust. Don’t crowd the pan, work in batches if needed.
03 - Move the steak to a plate. Lower the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic smells amazing and turns light golden—about 30 seconds.
04 - Coat the steak bites with the garlic butter sauce and give it a good toss. Sprinkle on some parsley and serve right away.

# Tips:

01 - Dry the steak with paper towels before cutting to achieve nice browning.
02 - Cook in smaller batches if needed so the steak browns evenly.
03 - Let the steak rest for a short time before eating to keep juices inside.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
