Set the oven to 350°F and put a silicone mat on your cookie tray.

Beat the sugar and butter together until fluffy.

Stir in the egg yolks and your choice of flavor.

Mix in the dry stuff, pour in the milk, then beat until it's thick and doughy.

With an Ateco 825 tip, make 1 1/2 inch swirls, leaving 2 inches of space between them.

Bake a single tray at a time for 9 to 11 minutes.

Let them cool on the tray for 5 to 10 minutes before moving to a rack.

Optional: Dip them in melted chocolate and toss on some sprinkles.
