03 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

→ Alabama White Sauce

11 - 1 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
13 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
14 - 1 tsp lemon juice
15 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
16 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
17 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
18 - Salt, to taste
19 - Black pepper, to taste
20 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat thoroughly with the spice mixture. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat (approximately 200°C / 400°F). Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Remove from grill and let rest for several minutes.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to meld flavors.
04 - Serve grilled chicken drizzled with Alabama white sauce or provide the sauce on the side for dipping. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

# Tips:

01 - Allow chicken to come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking. Toast dried spices for enhanced flavor. Use room temperature ingredients for sauce to prevent separation.
