01 -
Preheat oven to 400°F for toasting the buns.
02 -
Dump the ground chicken into a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Crumble ground chicken well as it cooks.
03 -
Once the ground chicken is fully cooked, add the canned corn and diced red onions to the pan. Stir well and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
04 -
Add the cream of chicken soup, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pan. Stir well and reduce the heat to low.
05 -
Add the mayo to the pan. Stir just until the mayo is combined with the rest of the mixture. Leave the pan to sit over medium heat.
06 -
Place the hamburger buns in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast the buns until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes.
07 -
Remove the buns from the oven and spoon the ground chicken mixture onto the bottom buns. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ground chicken mixture. Place the top buns on top of the cheese.
08 -
Serve and enjoy!
