# Ingredients:

01 - 12 whole hard-boiled eggs, peeled and wiped clean

10 - 2-3 teaspoons buffalo sauce or hot sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - 1 heaping tablespoon chives, diced, plus extra for garnish

→ Firecracker Sauce

14 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
15 - 1/4 cup buffalo sauce or Sriracha (start with less and adjust to taste)
16 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

→ Shrimp Seasoning

17 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
18 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (salt-free)
19 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Slice hard-boiled eggs in half, separating yolks from whites. Place yolks in a medium-sized bowl and refrigerate whites until assembly.
02 - Mash yolks with all filling ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
03 - Transfer yolk filling into a piping bag or zip-top bag. Pipe filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until serving.
