Seafood Cajun Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh parsley for topping.
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 10 jumbo shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 2 boneless salmon fillets.
07 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
08 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
09 - A tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
10 - ½ a small onion, chopped finely.
11 - Steamed rice or cooked pasta to plate it up.

# Instructions:

01 - Dust the shrimp and salmon generously with Cajun spice, then add a little salt and pepper.
02 - In a heated skillet with oil, cook the salmon on each side for about 4-5 minutes.
03 - Brown the shrimp in the same pan for 1-2 minutes per side until they look pink and done.
04 - In the same skillet, cook the onion and garlic until they're soft and fragrant.
05 - Pour in the cream, letting it gently bubble, then mix in Parmesan. Stir until it thickens.
06 - Add the shrimp and salmon back into the pan. Spoon the sauce over to coat it all.
07 - Spoon over pasta or rice and sprinkle with parsley for a pop of color.

01 - Want it spicy? Sprinkle on cayenne.
