25 - 3/4 Cup Cold Water
26 - 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
27 - 1 tbsp Melted Butter
28 - Garlic Herb Seasoning Packet (included with the biscuit mix)

# Steps:

01 - Season the chicken with chicken seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In the same skillet, cook the celery, carrots, and onion in the remaining butter until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
03 - Stir in the flour and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until the mixture thickens.
04 - Mix the cooked chicken and steamed broccoli into the sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
05 - Transfer the filling to a greased deep 11-inch pie plate or a 9x13 baking dish. Scoop the prepared biscuit dough over the top of the filling.
06 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the dish for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Mix the melted butter with the garlic herb seasoning packet and brush it over the biscuits. Allow the dish to rest for 15 minutes before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Letting the dish rest ensures the filling sets, making it easier to serve.
