Cheddar Bay Hamburger Casserole (Print Format)

Ground beef, cheddar, and garlic butter biscuits baked together for a classic comfort meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 cup water
03 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 2 pounds ground beef
05 - ½ yellow onion, diced
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Salt & pepper to taste
09 - 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
10 - ½ cup sour cream
11 - ¼ cup butter, melted
12 - Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, water, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain excess grease.
03 - Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and smooth the top of the meat mixture.
04 - Scoop the biscuit mixture on top of the meat mixture, creating 5-6 biscuits evenly spaced.
05 - Bake the casserole at 425°F (220°C) for 20-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden brown.
06 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend. Brush the mixture over the cooked biscuits. Serve and enjoy!
