Cheese Burger Potato Skillet (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup ketchup
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 2 tablespoons mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons sweet relish

05 - 5 small/medium potatoes
06 - 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste
08 - 1 pound ground beef
09 - 1 onion, chopped
10 - 1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, ground mustard
11 - 1 teaspoon each onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
12 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
13 - 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
14 - 6 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
15 - 2 green onions, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish together. Set aside or transfer to a condiment bottle for convenience.
02 - Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
03 - If not using leftover bacon, bake bacon on a parchment-lined sheet pan in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
04 - Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
05 - Air fry seasoned potatoes at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.
06 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Once cooked, drain excess grease and stir in minced garlic.
07 - Combine cooked potatoes and ground beef mixture in the skillet. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake in the oven at 400°F to melt the cheese.
08 - Top the dish with burger sauce and chopped green onions. Serve with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy.
