Cheese Party Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two puff pastry sheets, thawed.
02 - Half a cup of Dijon mustard, rustic style.
03 - One tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary.
04 - Eight ounces of super-thin salami slices.
05 - Three cups of shredded jack cheese.
06 - Two large eggs, whisked.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and prep baking trays with parchment.
02 - Let the dough sit out for 30-40 minutes. Dust a surface and roll it out.
03 - Spread mustard evenly over each pastry, avoiding edges. Sprinkle with rosemary, followed by salami and cheese.
04 - Brush egg along the edges. Roll pastry into logs and seal them well.
05 - Cut the logs into 1/2-inch pieces and arrange them on trays, spaced apart.
06 - Brush egg wash over each piece's surface.
07 - Cook in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until they turn a golden color.

# Notes:

01 - Let the pastry soften so it's easier to handle.
02 - Roll the logs firmly to keep them intact during slicing.
03 - You can refrigerate the logs ahead of time for easier prep.
04 - Use paper-thin slices of meat for the best results.
05 - These taste great served fresh and warm.
