Cheese Steak Homemade Hamburger Helper (Print Format)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 chopped onion
03 - 1 chopped green bell pepper
04 - 1 tsp steak seasoning
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1/2 tsp oregano
09 - 2 TBSP A1 Steak Sauce
10 - 1 1/2 cups beef broth
11 - 1 1/2 cups milk
12 - 8 oz can of tomato sauce
13 - 2 1/2 cups spiral pasta
14 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Add chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.
03 - Drain grease and add steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
04 - Add beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and pasta. The pasta goes in the skillet uncooked and will cook in the beef broth and milk.
05 - Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and lower the heat to low.
06 - Cook covered for 10-15 minutes.
07 - Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and then top with the remaining cup of cheese. Cover with the lid until the cheese is melted.
08 - Serve and enjoy!
