# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons relish
04 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
05 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 6 tortillas
09 - 18 slices American cheese

→ Dipping Sauce

10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11 - 2 teaspoons ketchup
12 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
13 - 1 teaspoon sugar
14 - Splash vinegar
15 - Salt and pepper to taste
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, mix all the dipping sauce ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked and the onion is soft. Drain excess fat if necessary, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
03 - Stir Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and relish into the beef mixture. Let cool slightly before assembling quesadillas.
04 - Place 2-3 slices of cheese on half of the tortillas. Evenly distribute the beef mixture over the cheese, add 2 more slices of cheese on top, and cover with another tortilla.
05 - Heat a lightly greased large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until toasted and the cheese has melted.
06 - Slice the quesadillas into quarters, serve with the dipping sauce, and enjoy.
