Cheesy Baked Rigatoni Pasta (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz rigatoni pasta
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 chopped onion
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp pepper
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
10 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
11 - 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
13 - 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
14 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - Dried parsley
16 - Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Heat a pot of water over high heat and boil the rigatoni pasta following the package instructions.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
04 - Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain excess grease and add minced garlic. Stir well. Add marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir together and turn off the heat.
05 - Pour half of the cooked pasta into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add half of the meat sauce mixture and stir to coat the pasta evenly.
06 - Use a large spoon to drop dollops of ricotta cheese evenly over the pasta layer. Top with half of the shredded mozzarella.
07 - Add the remaining pasta, followed by the rest of the meat sauce mixture and the remaining shredded mozzarella.
08 - Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes uncovered, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
09 - Top with dried parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
