BBQ chicken, seasoned potatoes, gooey cheddar, and bacon combine for a satisfying and savory family dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs yellow potatoes, chopped into bite-sized pieces

03 - 2-3 tbsp salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning blend
04 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces
05 - 2-3 tbsp BBQ rub, enough to coat the chicken
06 - 1 tbsp avocado oil or any cooking oil of your choice
07 - 1-2 cups BBQ sauce
08 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
