In a large pot, add the ground beef and cook it over medium-high heat. Break the meat into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the minced garlic and season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

Pour in the can of crushed tomatoes and the beef broth.

Bring the mixture to a soft boil and add the macaroni pasta. Let the pasta cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more beef broth if necessary to ensure the pasta is properly cooked.

Once the pasta is fully cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Reseason with salt, pepper, or garlic powder, if needed.
