# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large potatoes
02 - Olive oil
03 - Salt
04 - Pepper

→ Beef Filling

07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp pepper
10 - 2 tsp chili powder
11 - 1 tsp cumin
12 - 1 tsp dried cilantro
13 - 1 tsp paprika
14 - 1/2 cup water
15 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

16 - Nacho cheese
17 - 5 burrito-size flour tortillas
18 - Taco sauce

# Steps:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
02 - Place the potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika, or use a taco seasoning packet. Drain any excess grease if necessary, add 1/2 cup of water, and stir.
04 - Keep the cooked beef on low heat in the skillet while the potatoes finish cooking.
05 - Lay out a flour tortilla and assemble with nacho cheese, a scoop of cooked beef, taco sauce, crispy potatoes, and an additional layer of nacho cheese. Roll the tortilla into a burrito shape.
06 - Place the assembled burritos in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until the surface is golden brown on all sides.
