09 - 24 ounces marinara sauce
10 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
11 - 16 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked al dente
12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until no pink remains. Drain the grease.
