Cheesy Stuffed Biscuit Bites (Print Format)

Crispy yet pillowy mini biscuits oozing hot cheese with garlic butter and herbs. Perfect finger food for hanging with friends or sharing at a get-together.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) store-bought biscuit dough (8 biscuits).
02 - 8 small chunks of mozzarella cheese.
03 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried).
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
09 - A handful of grated Parmesan to sprinkle.
10 - Fresh parsley for topping (if you'd like).
11 - Marinara sauce as a dip (optional).

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F. Either grease a baking tray or use parchment paper to line it.
02 - Slightly press each biscuit down using your hands.
03 - Drop a mozzarella chunk into the center of each pressed biscuit.
04 - Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch tightly so no cheese sneaks out.
05 - Combine the melted butter, garlic, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
06 - Coat each biscuit stuffed with cheese in the buttery garlic mixture.
07 - Set them on the baking tray, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops are golden.
08 - Let them rest a bit, toss on some parsley, and enjoy warm with marinara sauce if you'd like.

# Tips:

01 - Make sure the edges are completely closed to stop cheese from oozing out.
02 - Spread on more butter right out of the oven for even more flavor.
03 - These taste best fresh while the cheese is hot and gooey.
