Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a container.

Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from skillet.

Top the cooked chicken with 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir until chicken is well coated.

In the same skillet, turn the heat to medium. Add frozen tortellini, pasta sauce, and 1/4 cup of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.

Top the tortellini with shredded mozzarella, cooked chicken, additional Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
