07 - 1 egg, lightly beaten
08 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
09 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten

→ Frying

10 - Vegetable or canola oil

# Steps:

01 - Steam the broccoli until soft, then allow it to cool slightly.
02 - Finely chop the broccoli and place it in a bowl. Add cheese, red pepper flakes, part of the Panko breadcrumbs, and one egg. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into balls. Refrigerate for one hour to set.
04 - Prepare three bowls: flour in one, eggs in the second, and the remaining Panko breadcrumbs in the third.
05 - Heat oil to 375°F in a large skillet, using a thermometer to ensure the correct temperature.
06 - Coat each ball by rolling it in the flour, then egg, and finally the Panko breadcrumbs.
07 - Fry in batches, ensuring space between each ball. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the breading is golden brown.
08 - Place the fried balls on a paper towel-lined tray to drain. Serve warm.

# Tips:

01 - To ensure even frying, do not overcrowd the pan.
02 - For best results, maintain oil temperature at 375°F during frying.
