Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Print Format)

Sourdough holds four melted cheeses in this golden, buttery, ultra-comforting sandwich favorite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - ½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
04 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
05 - 4 slices white cheddar cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

# Steps:

01 - Spread unsalted butter on the outside of the sourdough bread slices.
02 - Layer the different cheeses between the buttered slices of bread.
03 - Heat a skillet to medium heat. Place the sandwich on the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until the bottom side turns golden brown. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
04 - Remove the sandwich from the skillet and serve immediately.
