01 - 1.5 pounds ground beef
02 - 2 cups cooked white rice
03 - 10.75 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
04 - 1/2 cup whole milk
05 - 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned and no longer pink.
03 - Drain excess fat from the cooked beef.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine browned beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
