10 - 2.5 oz shredded cheddar cheese

→ Creamy Sauce

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tbsp sour cream
13 - 1 tbsp ketchup
14 - 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
15 - 1 tsp garlic powder
16 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
17 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Wrap Assembly

18 - 4 large tortillas
19 - 2.5 oz shredded lettuce
20 - 1 medium tomato, diced
21 - 2 oz shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
22 - Optional toppings: sliced pickles, jalapeños, avocado

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened and translucent.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.
03 - Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes until browned and fully cooked, stirring frequently.
04 - Sprinkle paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir to coat evenly, reduce heat to low, add shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning if desired.
06 - Lay tortillas flat. Spread a generous spoonful of the creamy sauce in the center. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
07 - Top the vegetables with the cheesy beef mixture while warm. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella or cheese blend and optional toppings as desired.
08 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Slice in half and serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

# Tips:

01 - For meal prepping, store beef filling and sauce separately in airtight containers for up to three days. Reheat gently before assembling wraps with fresh veggies.
02 - Toast tortillas briefly in a dry skillet before assembling to enhance pliability and add subtle crispness.
03 - Customize spice level by adding diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef or sauce.
