→ Cheese

02 - 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided (1 cup and 1 ¼ cup)
03 - 2 tbsp grated parmesan

→ Toppings

04 - ¾ cup pizza sauce
05 - 20 slices deli-style dry cured pepperoni

→ Finishings

06 - ⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
07 - 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set it aside.
02 - Keep the rolls connected and carefully slice them in half horizontally. Remove the top section of the buns and set it aside.
03 - Place the bottom section of the buns in the baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella on top. Spread the pizza sauce over the mozzarella. Add 5 rows of 4 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining 1 ¼ cups of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni.
04 - Place the top section of the buns over the cheese layer. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle grated parmesan and dried Italian seasoning over the buttered buns.
05 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Carefully remove the dish from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve while hot.
