Crispy tortilla roll-ups with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce - like pizza in a handheld form!

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Tortillas

02 - 8 low-carb tortillas (8-inch diameter)

→ Sauce

03 - ½ cup pizza sauce

→ Cured Meats

04 - 48 slices pepperoni

# Steps:

01 - Set a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and allow it to warm thoroughly.
02 - Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly in the center of the skillet and let it melt undisturbed until bubbling.
03 - Once the cheese is melted and bubbling, gently place one tortilla over the cheese and press lightly to make it stick.
04 - Using a wide spatula, flip the tortilla so the cheese side is facing up. Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in the center, then arrange 6 slices of pepperoni over the sauce.
05 - Carefully roll the tortilla from one side to the other while still warm, keeping the cheese, sauce, and pepperoni inside.
06 - Repeat the process with remaining ingredients to make additional roll-ups.
