Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Layer sliced pepperoni evenly over the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.

Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other and tuck the ends in as you roll.
