Cheesy Pizza Potato Skillet (Print Format)

Crispy potatoes, melty cheese, and savory toppings come together in a hearty one-pan dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 2 large Russet potatoes, diced
02 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

→ Meat

04 - ½ pound ground beef
05 - ½ pound Italian sausage

→ Vegetables & Other Toppings

06 - ½ cup yellow onion, diced
07 - 24 ounces marinara sauce
08 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese
09 - 1 cup bacon bits
10 - 10 pepperoni slices, chopped

→ Seasonings

11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

# Steps:

01 - Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Rinse under cold water, pat dry, and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, and season with 1 teaspoon seasoned salt.
02 - Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, tossing periodically to ensure even crisping.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the onion, Italian sausage, and ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with 1 teaspoon each of seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
04 - To the skillet, add marinara sauce, a few pepperoni slices, and ½ cup bacon bits. Stir to combine, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the remaining pepperoni slices and bacon bits.
05 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end to melt the cheese and achieve a golden-brown finish.
06 - Serve warm. To maintain crisp potatoes, consider serving the meat and sauce mixture over the potatoes just before eating.

# Tips:

01 - Rinsing the diced potatoes well removes excess starch, allowing them to crisp up perfectly in the air fryer.
02 - Feel free to experiment with your favorite pizza toppings.
03 - If you don’t have an air fryer, bake the diced potatoes on a baking sheet at 400°F for 30–40 minutes until golden and tender.
