01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp pepper
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1 TBSP minced garlic
07 - 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
08 - 19 oz frozen tortellini
09 - 4 oz cream cheese (1/2 block)
10 - 1/3 cup mini pepperoni
11 - Shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Add mini pepperoni to the skillet and cook until lightly browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in minced garlic.
03 - Pour marinara sauce into the skillet and add cream cheese. Stir thoroughly until the cream cheese is fully combined.
04 - Add the frozen tortellini to the skillet. Stir well, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until the tortellini are tender.
05 - Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add extra pepperoni on top. Broil in the oven or cover and allow to sit on low heat until the cheese is melted.
