# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced after peeling
02 - 1 pound of kielbasa sausage, cut into circles about 1/4 inch thick
03 - 1 small onion, minced into tiny pieces
04 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Creamy Sauce

05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
07 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
10 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your preferences
11 - 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped (add on top if you like)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan to prevent sticking.
02 - Stir together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until smooth.
03 - Place half of the sliced potatoes evenly in the pan. Add a layer of half the sliced kielbasa, followed by half the minced onion. Spread out half the sauce on top and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Do the same again with the rest of the potatoes, kielbasa, onion, the sauce, and finish it off with the rest of the shredded cheese.
05 - Cover the dish with foil and pop it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
06 - Take off the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, letting the cheese melt and bubble, and making sure the potatoes are soft.
07 - If you'd like, sprinkle chopped parsley on top, then serve it up warm.

# Notes:

01 - Use smoked sausage if you want a stronger smoky taste.
02 - Throw in bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor and veggies.
03 - Prepare it in advance and reheat when you're ready to eat.
