Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced sausage until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.

Add sausage mixture, cooked broccoli, 1½ cups cheese, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir to combine.

Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
