Easy Pizza Bombs (Print Format)

Soft biscuit dough stuffed with saucy pepperoni, cheese, and topped with garlic butter and Parmesan. Bite-sized perfection!

# Ingredients:

01 - Melted butter for brushing
02 - 16 ½ oz can of biscuit dough (465 g)
03 - A handful of pepperoni slices
04 - Salt to season, as you like
05 - A small ball (8 oz) of mozzarella cheese (225 g), cubed
06 - Your favorite marinara sauce
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - A sprinkle of ground pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon of dried Italian herbs
10 - Parmesan cheese, shredded, for sprinkling
11 - Butter (about 3 tablespoons) to grease your pan

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a sheet pan, line it with parchment, and spread butter over it.
02 - Slice biscuits in half, then push your thumb into each piece to flatten them into small discs.
03 - Spoon a little marinara sauce onto each dough circle, top with a slice of pepperoni, and finish with a mozzarella chunk.
04 - Bring the dough edges up over the toppings, pinching the top to seal it tight. Ensure no holes are left. Arrange your made pizza bombs on the baking tray.
05 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, pepper, salt, and the Italian seasoning. It’ll smell amazing!
06 - Brush your butter mixture over each piece, sprinkle shredded Parmesan on top, and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and delicious-looking!
07 - Cool just a little so they’re not lava hot, then grab some extra marinara for dipping and dig in!

# Tips:

01 - These are a hit for game night or a lazy weekend meal!
02 - Switch up the fillings—try ham with pineapple or colorful veggies like peppers and onions.
