Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites (Print Format)

Mini meatloaf bites baked with gooey cheese centers. Perfect for appetizers or family dinners.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 cup ketchup, divided
11 - 1 tbsp mustard
12 - 3–4 oz cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, and mustard until evenly combined.
03 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a ball. Place each ball into the greased muffin tin.
04 - Mix the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup with mustard. Spoon a small amount onto the top of each meatball bite.
05 - Bake the meatloaf bites for 18–22 minutes, or until browned and cooked through with an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
06 - Let the bites cool for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
