Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning according to package directions. Let it simmer until thick and flavorful.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into equal rectangles.

Spoon a line of taco meat down the center of each dough piece. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the seams closed.

Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and add optional toppings if desired. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
