Chicken Alfredo Garlic Toast (Print Format)

Tender chicken, creamy Alfredo, and melted cheese crown garlic toast for a crave-able, satisfying meal in minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste
07 - 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
08 - 3 tablespoons butter
09 - 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
10 - Frozen garlic toast
11 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breast and massage into the meat. Season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (7–10 minutes). Remove from the skillet and dice into small pieces.
02 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter with a splash of olive oil. Once the butter melts, add the heavy whipping cream and shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture simmers.
03 - Place garlic toast on a baking sheet and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add diced chicken on top, then cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, or until the bread is hot and cheese is melted.
04 - Remove from the oven, drizzle Alfredo sauce over the top, and serve immediately.
