Chicken Alfredo Tortellini Bake (Print Format)

Pasta tossed with chicken, Alfredo sauce, bacon, and mozzarella for a comforting, family-friendly weeknight dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
02 - 2 tbsp butter
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp pepper
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
09 - 19 oz frozen tortellini
10 - 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
13 - Dried parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
02 - Start a pot of water boiling on the stove.
03 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Once the water reaches a boil, cook the tortellini according to package directions and drain.
05 - Cook the seasoned chicken until fully cooked and golden brown. Stir in minced garlic and remove the skillet from heat.
06 - Add drained tortellini to the skillet with the chicken. Mix in the Alfredo sauce and combine well.
07 - Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon. Cover the skillet and let sit until the cheese melts or broil for a few minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Sprinkle dried parsley on top and serve warm.
