In a pot of boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Add cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce over the pasta in the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese, followed by the cooked bacon, salt, and pepper.
