Line 9 x 13 inch baking dish with foil and preheat oven to 350°F.

Slice slider rolls in half and place bottom half of rolls in the baking dish. Toast for about 5 minutes if desired.

Spread ranch dressing over the bottom half of the rolls. Fold slices of chicken in half and layer on sliders. Add a layer of cheese and sprinkle bacon bits on top. Place open-faced sliders in the oven for up to 5 minutes to warm meat and cheese while preparing the glaze.

Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Place the top half of the buns on the sliders and spoon glaze over the top. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls begin to brown.

Use a serrated knife to slice sliders apart. Serve warm.
