01 - 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
03 - 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - Steam or blanch fresh broccoli for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain.
