# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium minute steaks
02 - 1 cup self-rising flour
03 - 1 cup whole milk or buttermilk
04 - ⅛ teaspoon salt
05 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper
06 - ¼ cup canola oil
