Chicken Garlic Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup chicken stock.
02 - 12 oz tortellini with cheese filling.
03 - 2 broccoli cups, small florets.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs mix.
06 - 2 chicken breasts, cubed.
07 - 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.
09 - Fresh parsley for topping.
10 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
11 - 4 cloves of garlic, chopped finely.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to cook tortellini. Fresh types are quick, usually 3-5 minutes, while frozen ones take around 8-10 minutes.
02 - Add oil to a heated pan, season chicken, and cook till golden and done, roughly 5-7 minutes. Put it to the side.
03 - Cook minced garlic for about a minute. Pour in cream and broth, let it bubble gently for a couple minutes. Stir Parmesan until it melts smoothly.
04 - Mix cooked chicken, tortellini, and broccoli into the sauce. Stir so everything gets coated well.
05 - Sprinkle some parsley and adjust seasoning before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid piling too much chicken in the pan; it won’t cook evenly.
02 - Hang on to some pasta water. Use it to thin out the sauce if needed.
03 - Steam broccoli first, so it keeps its bright green color.
