Creamy Parmesan Chicken (Print Format)

Crisp chicken topped with parmesan-loaded garlic sauce. Done in just 25 minutes for a quick, tasty meal that feels special.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half (or 4 smaller ones)
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper, adjusted to your taste
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce Essentials

04 - 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 cup heavy cream or light cream, whichever you prefer
06 - 1 tablespoon oregano or Italian seasoning mix
07 - Half a cup of parmesan cheese, shredded
08 - 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle both sides of your chicken with salt and pepper. Don’t hold back – the flavor depends on it!
02 - Put olive oil into a large pan and warm it on medium-high heat. Pop the chicken in and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, letting it become golden and slightly crispy.
03 - After the chicken is fully cooked, move it to a plate and leave it there for now. You'll need it shortly.
04 - Lower the heat a bit. Toss your minced garlic into the same skillet. Let it cook just until you smell that amazing garlic aroma, about 30 seconds.
05 - Slowly pour the cream into the pan, stirring while you add it. Mix in the Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, combining it all until the sauce begins to thicken.
06 - Want some greens? Stir in the spinach now and let it soften for 2-3 minutes while blending with the sauce.
07 - Place the chicken breasts back in the skillet and let them simmer in the sauce for a minute. Spoon the sauce over the top to coat it fully.
08 - Serve your chicken, smothered in sauce. It's perfect with pasta, steamed veggies, or mashed potatoes on the side.

# Tips:

01 - Coating chicken in parmesan and panko crumbs before cooking gives it extra crunch.
02 - Stir in red pepper flakes if you're a fan of heat.
03 - For the best taste, use fresh parmesan instead of the pre-grated kind.
